Terms of Service for the Digital Accessibility Hotline
1. Introduction and Definitions
1.1. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between User Accessibility Ltd. (hereinafter: "Operator") and any individual or organization requesting and receiving services through the "Digital Accessibility Hotline" or "Accessibility Questions" (hereinafter: "User").
1.2. The service's purpose is to provide general consulting, technical guidance, and initial support on digital accessibility topics, including compliance with Israeli law, Israeli Standard 5568, and international best practices.
1.3. "Service" – phone consultation, online meetings (including Teams, Zoom, Calendly, or other platforms), as offered from time to time.
2. Scope of Service and Limitations
2.1. The service is available to software developers, product managers, and business owners.
2.2. The service is limited to general consulting and professional guidance, and does not constitute binding legal advice, legal representation, or any guarantee of results.
2.3. The service is provided free of charge and within limited scope, at the Operator's sole discretion.
2.4. The service is not intended to replace professional advice for urgent matters. For urgent issues, please contact us by email or phone.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The User commits to providing accurate, complete, and current information.
3.2. The Operator will make best efforts to provide professional guidance, but this does not replace in-depth audits or paid advanced services.
3.3. The User is solely responsible for all actions taken based on the guidance provided.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. The service is provided at no cost, unless otherwise agreed in advance and in writing with the Operator.
4.2. The Operator reserves the right to offer additional paid services.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
5.1. The Operator commits to maintaining confidentiality of business information, source code, or any other details shared during the service.
5.2. Information will be stored and processed in accordance with the Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and all other applicable laws.
5.3. Please note that calls may be recorded or documented for quality control and service improvement purposes. The User acknowledges and consents to this use.
5.4. The service uses third-party tools and platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Calendly, for scheduling meetings, managing communications, and transferring information. This use is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of use of those third parties, as updated from time to time.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. All information, opinions, or materials provided to the Operator during the service remain the property of the User.
6.2. The User represents that they hold full rights to any code or materials presented to the Operator, and that presenting them does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.
7.2. The Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other damages suffered by the User or any third party arising from use of the service.
7.3. The User hereby releases the Operator from any claim or demand relating to the service.
8. Changes and Cancellations
8.1. The Company reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel scheduled meetings for any reason.
8.2. If a meeting is postponed or cancelled, the User will be offered the opportunity to reschedule, without any claim or demand.
9. Fair Use of Scheduling
9.1. The service is open for free use, but Users must use it fairly and reasonably.
9.2. No more than one meeting per calendar week may be scheduled, unless the Company has granted prior explicit written consent.
9.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule meetings in case of excessive bookings beyond this policy or suspected system abuse.
10. Service Availability
10.1. The Operator shall determine operating hours and response times at its sole discretion.
10.2. There is no commitment to immediate response or full availability.
10.3. Termination of Service and Cancellation
10.4. The Operator may terminate the service to a User at any time, without prior notice.
10.5. The User may discontinue use of the service at any time.
11. Updates to Terms of Service
11.1. The Operator may modify and update these Terms of Service from time to time.
11.2. The updated version of these Terms will be published on the Operator's website or official channels and will take effect upon publication.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
12.2. Exclusive jurisdiction for all matters related to these Terms of Service and the service shall be vested in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
